Products are handmade and made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship your order.

Australia Post is used to ship all items.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:

Within Australia:     Standard Post - 2 to 10 business days

                                Express Post - 2 to 5 business days

International:           Standard Post - 6 to 15 business days

Please note that I am not responsible for parcels once I hand them over to the postal system. Unfortunately I have no control over delivery time lengths; delays can occur due to bad weather, public holidays, customs delays, slow postal service due to human error and various other reasons.

Please make sure you provide the correct recipient address when you place your order, as that is the address I will post the order to. I am not responsible for parcels not delivered due to incorrect address.
